Amazing customer service! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I mentioned that I’m a healthcare worker who spends long hours on my feet, and they went above and beyond to find the perfect shoes for me. They measured my feet, brought out multiple options, and made sure I found something both comfortable and stylish. I left with two great pairs of sneakers, and I highly recommend this store—especially for fellow healthcare workers looking for supportive footwear!

I had been seeing their instagram videos for a while and finally decided I needed to take my foot pain & health seriously! Stopped by after work on a Monday, was immediately greeted and helped by Kiley. She was super kind, informative and non-judgmental about my complete lack of knowledge on shoes. She started by measuring my feet and then we talked about what style of shoe I was looking for, what I would primarily be using them for, and what I liked/disliked about shoes I’ve had before. She came back with a couple options and we settled on one style of New Balances that I loved but they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock - not a problem! She was able to order the color I wanted and I’ll be back soon to pick them up! I did leave with another pair of boots that simply caught my eye. Excited to come back again and will be recommending Arciuolo’s to everyone!

Came in with my son (4 y/o) and the staff was super helpful in getting my son fitted and even helped me get fit for new shoes. We both wore our shoes out. Feels great having shoes that fit well again! Will definitely be back.
